China Tour Packages from Bangladesh

China is one of the few destinations Tafa Travel offers with a genuine direct flight from Dhaka — no layover required. We currently run 2 fixed departure packages covering Beijing, Shanghai, and Xi'an, plus a combined Korea-China itinerary for travelers wanting two countries in one trip.

Dhaka to China — Flight & Visa Details

Flights: China Southern Airlines operates non-stop flights from Dhaka to Beijing Daxing International Airport, and Air China flies non-stop to Beijing Capital International Airport — both take approximately 5 to 5.5 hours. China Eastern Airlines also connects via a short stop in Kunming. This is faster and more convenient than most of our other long-haul destinations, since Bangladeshi travelers don't need to route through a third country to reach Beijing.

Visa (Tourist/L Visa — required for all Bangladeshi passport holders):

• Passport valid at least 6 months from your entry date, with 2 blank visa pages
• Completed China visa application (COVA online form)
• 1 recent passport photo, 33x48mm, white background (note: this is a different size from standard Bangladeshi passport photos, so get this taken specifically for the China application)
• Bank statement and solvency certificate
• Confirmed flight itinerary and hotel booking
• In-person submission with biometrics (fingerprints) at the China Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) in Dhaka

Processing time: Typically 5–10 working days for standard processing. We recommend starting your visa application at least 3–4 weeks before your intended travel date to allow buffer time. Our Visa Service team manages the full COVA application, CVASC appointment booking, and document submission.

China Tour Package Cost — What Actually Changes the Price

• Number of cities: Our 8-day Beijing+Shanghai package (৳1,42,000) costs less than the 9-day Beijing+Shanghai+Xi'an package (৳1,55,000), since Xi'an adds a domestic flight and an extra day.
• Season: Chinese New Year and Golden Week (early October) see the highest demand and prices in China; traveling outside these windows generally means better hotel rates.
• Hotel category: Base packages use 2–3 star hotels; upgrading to 4-star or 5-star properties in Beijing or Shanghai adds to the per-night cost.
• Domestic travel within China: Adding cities like Xi'an (for the Terracotta Army) or Guilin requires an internal flight or high-speed rail segment, which is reflected in longer/pricier packages.
• Multi-country combos: The Korea & China combined tour costs more than a China-only trip due to the additional international flight and separate Korean visa.

China Group Tour Packages

For groups of 6+, we typically arrange:

• Shared coach transport for Beijing city sightseeing (Great Wall, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven)
• Group-rate entry tickets at major attractions
• A dedicated group coordinator managing the full itinerary across cities

China Family Tour Package

Family-friendly stops in China lean toward lighter, high-engagement attractions rather than a history-heavy schedule:

• Shanghai Disneyland — a full-day theme park stop, easy to add onto a Shanghai-based itinerary
• Giant Panda Research Base, Chengdu — a memorable, low-intensity activity for kids, though note this requires adding Chengdu to your route since it's not currently part of either standard package
• The Great Wall (Badaling section is the most accessible, with cable car options for those who don't want the full hike)

China Honeymoon Tour Package

Our honeymoon-oriented China itinerary favors scenic, slower-paced stops over the packed sightseeing schedule of a first-time cultural tour:

• A Yangtze River cruise, offering a relaxed multi-day alternative to city-hopping
• Sunset views from Shanghai's Oriental Pearl Tower, overlooking the Bund and the city's modern skyline
• A quiet stop in Hangzhou, known for West Lake's temples, pagodas, and hillside scenery — a genuine change of pace from Beijing and Shanghai's city energy

China Beijing Tour Package

Beijing anchors most of our China itineraries and typically covers:

• The Great Wall of China — usually a half-day excursion to the Badaling or Mutianyu section

• Temple of Heaven — a well-preserved religious complex with expansive grounds
